Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days from our East Coast facility. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
If your order appears delayed, please check the tracking number provided and contact UPS or USPS directly for updates.
Please note: If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, the entire order will ship once everything is in stock.
We do not offer refunds for shipping delays.
Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees required by their country. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.
